Engr. Olalekan Badmus Felicitates With Christians, Calls for Patriotism Spirit

Business conglomerate and aspirant for House of Representatives for Osogbo/Olorunda/Orolu/Irepodun Federal constituncy in Osun State, Engr. Olalekan Badmus has congratulated Christian faithful for Christmas celebration.

In a goodwill message to Nigerians especially Christian faithful which was made available to news men in Osogbo by his media aide,  Toba Adedeji, to commemorate the Christmas celebration, he said, Christmas symbolised the love of God towards humanity by sending Jesus Christ to this sinful world and it's in the interest of the creator to follow his will and laws which can be found in the Bible.

He noted that with the fear of God, mutual respect and love, “we will tolerate one another, work together and be able to harness our abundant resources as a progressive nation. We cannot achieve much with unnecessary factions and disharmony. What Nigerians need now is to move forward with the present change and next level agenda.”

He also called on all Nigerians to imbibe the spirit of love, tolerance and mutual respect, adding that these virtues were the panacea to move the nation forward.

Badmus said,  “I am very optimistic that with our collective efforts, challenges ranging from unemployed graduates and youths, insecurity, quality health care and economic buoyancy  facing Nigeria are surmountable and we will soon overcome them.

Badmus however used the occasion to call on all arms of government not to rest on their oars in the onerous task of building a formidable nation where all Nigerians will live in peace and prosperity.

He charged Christians to continue to pray for the government, the Military and other agencies in the fight against insurgency, adding that the peace and socio-economic development of our nation should remain paramount.
